Job Description: Podcast Editor & Producer
Location: Remote – Full time
Salary: $1,300 – $1,600 USD/month

As part of our continued growth and innovation, we are launching a high-quality podcast studio designed to inspire, entertain, and elevate conversations around leadership, success, and style. While the primary focus will be on our men’s grooming brand, the podcast studio will also produce episodes for multiple associated brands under our umbrella.

Key Responsibilities
• Editing & Production
• Take raw video and audio footage and transform it into polished podcast episodes (both video and audio formats).
• Enhance content with transitions, music, sound design, and visual elements to maintain a professional and engaging standard.
• Live Remote Production
• Serve as the remote producer during podcast recordings to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor video and audio quality live, troubleshoot technical issues in real-time, and support hosts and guests virtually.
• Manage studio software integrations remotely and coordinate with the in-studio team for seamless collaboration.
• Direction & Creative Oversight
• Direct podcast episodes across multiple brands to ensure a consistent tone, pacing, and storytelling approach aligned with each brand's identity.
• Project Management
• Organize post-production timelines to meet publishing schedules.
• Collaborate with internal teams on creative direction, branding consistency, and distribution strategy.

Qualifications & Requirements
• Formal education or training in audio production, multimedia communications, film, or a related field.
• Proven experience editing both audio and video podcasts (portfolio required).
• Advanced skills in tools such as Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, Logic Pro, Pro Tools, or similar.
• Strong understanding of podcast production workflows and studio best practices.
• Experience managing live or remote productions, ideally with multi-camera setups.
• Excellent communication skills in English (C1/C2 level).
• Strong attention to detail, creativity, and a proactive mindset.
• Ability to work independently and manage deadlines across multiple projects.
• Must hold a valid U.S. visa for travel related to training purposes.
• Availability to work U.S. business hours.
