Graphic Design
• Design custom apparel using Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
• Create production-ready mockups and artwork.
• Adapt designs for different decoration methods, including screen printing and embroidery.
• Ensure artwork meets production specifications and quality standards.

Project Coordination
• Manage multiple customer orders simultaneously.
• Coordinate artwork approvals, proofs, production timelines, and deliveries.
• Collaborate with production teams to ensure projects are completed on schedule.
• Prioritize customer projects based on engagement and deadlines.

Account & Order Management
• Maintain accurate customer and order information within CRM systems.
• Track project progress from inquiry through delivery.
• Ensure all customer communications and project details remain organized and up to date.

• Experience within the custom apparel, promotional products, or merchandise industry.
• Previous experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or Sales.
