Remote Client Services Coordinator
Location: Remote

Compensation: $1,200 – $2,080 USD monthly
About the Role
We are seeking a friendly, organized, and dependable Remote Client Services Coordinator to serve as the first point of contact for customers in a growing excavation, septic, and sewer services company.
This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, excellent spoken English, and the ability to confidently interact with U.S.-based customers over the phone. The ideal candidate is personable, detail-oriented, highly reliable, and comfortable managing a steady volume of calls while maintaining a professional and positive attitude.
You will play a key role in shaping the customer experience by handling incoming calls, scheduling appointments, documenting customer needs, and supporting daily operational coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Communication & Scheduling
- Answer incoming customer calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Schedule service appointments and manage calendars efficiently
- Take clear, accurate, and detailed customer messages
- Make outbound calls for appointment confirmations and scheduling follow-ups
- Communicate service timelines, expectations, and appointment details clearly to customers
Administrative & Operational Support
- Maintain organized and accurate customer records, notes, and scheduling updates
- Support administrative and operational coordination tasks as needed
- Manage multiple calls, schedules, and priorities while remaining responsive and organized
- Follow established systems, scripts, and internal procedures consistently
Customer Experience
- Represent the company with professionalism, positivity, and reliability
- Deliver a friendly and customer-focused experience during every interaction
- Use active listening and strong communication skills to ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Excellent spoken and conversational English skills (required)
- Clear speaking voice with strong listening and comprehension abilities
- Ability to communicate naturally and confidently with U.S.-based customers by phone
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Friendly, dependable, and professional demeanor
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and quiet workspace
- Comfortable learning and using new software systems
- Detail-oriented, punctual, and highly consistent
Preferred Qualifications
- Customer service or call center experience
- Experience as a Virtual Assistant or remote administrative professional
- Appointment scheduling experience
- Previous experience working with U.S.-based companies
- Familiarity with CRM systems or scheduling platforms

Compensation & Schedule

- Monday through Friday
- Schedule: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Eastern Time (EST)
