About the Role
We are seeking a goal-driven and highly motivated Inside Sales Representative (SDR) to join our growing team. You’ll play a critical role in generating new business opportunities, managing the full sales cycle, and building long-term customer relationships. Key Responsibilities
Prospecting & Sales Execution
  • Proactively identify and engage potential clients through cold calling, email outreach, and social selling.
  • Conduct discovery meetings to understand prospect needs and present tailored solutions.
  • Own your pipeline and consistently exceed individual sales quotas.
Sales Process & CRM Management
  • Accurately log activities, pipeline updates, and client interactions in our CRM.
  • Analyze key sales metrics and continuously refine outreach strategies to improve conversion.
  • Build and nurture lasting relationships that lead to recurring business and referrals.
Growth & Leadership Opportunities

Who You Are
  • 3+ years of experience in B2B sales or business development.
  • Proven track record of exceeding quotas and driving revenue.
  • Strong command of CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills (English C1 required).
  • Self-starter with a competitive spirit and desire to continuously improve.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business, Marketing, or related field).
  • Experience selling into the U.S. market is a strong plus.
