About the Role
We're looking for an experienced, highly organized, and client-focused Client Success & Campaign Manager to lead the execution of influencer marketing campaigns for global brand partners.
This is first and foremost a high-volume Project Management and Client Success role—not a sales position. Once the Sales team closes a new client, you'll assume full ownership of the campaign, managing every phase from onboarding and planning through execution, reporting, and successful completion.
This position requires exceptional project management skills, polished client-facing communication, and the ability to successfully manage a large portfolio of concurrent campaigns involving multiple creators, stakeholders, and internal teams across different time zones.
The ideal candidate has proven experience managing complex marketing campaigns, enjoys working in fast-paced environments, and thrives when balancing multiple priorities while delivering outstanding client experience.

What You'll Do
Client Success & Relationship Management

Take ownership of client relationships immediately after new campaigns are closed by the Sales team.
Serve as the primary post-sale contact throughout the entire campaign lifecycle.
Build trusted relationships through proactive communication, strategic guidance, and exceptional service.
Present campaign timelines, progress updates, and performance results professionally and confidently.
Manage client expectations while ensuring a consistently positive experience.
Address client questions, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.

Campaign Planning & Strategy

Develop campaign plans aligned with client objectives and marketing goals.
Define deliverables, creator requirements, timelines, KPIs, and execution strategies.
Translate client expectations into actionable campaign plans.
Identify opportunities to improve campaign effectiveness and maximize ROI.

Campaign Execution

Own the end-to-end execution of influencer marketing campaigns from post-sale kickoff through final reporting.
Manage a portfolio of approximately 25–45 concurrent campaigns while coordinating multiple creators and campaign activations simultaneously.
Coordinate campaign execution across multiple international time zones.
Ensure campaign deliverables are completed accurately, on time, and within budget.
Maintain consistent communication across clients, creators, sales, talent managers, and internal teams throughout the campaign lifecycle.

Project Management

Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, task lists, approvals, and delivery schedules.
Coordinate multiple stakeholders while balancing competing priorities and deadlines.
Anticipate project risks and proactively resolve issues before they impact campaign success.
Maintain exceptional organization while managing a high-volume workload.
Ensure campaigns remain on schedule despite changing priorities and multiple moving pieces.

Creative Coordination

Collaborate with creators and internal creative teams to develop compelling campaign assets.
Review campaign content to ensure quality, accuracy, and brand alignment.
Coordinate revisions, approvals, and final asset delivery.
Ensure creative deliverables meet both client expectations and campaign objectives.

Budget Management

Manage campaign budgets of up to approximately $200,000 USD.
Track campaign spending and monitor budget utilization.
Identify financial risks and ensure campaigns remain within approved budgets.
Maintain accurate financial tracking throughout campaign execution.

Campaign Analysis & Reporting

Monitor campaign performance across engagement, reach, conversions, ROI, and other key performance metrics.
Analyze campaign data to identify trends and opportunities for optimization.
Prepare professional client presentations, campaign reports, and executive summaries.
Present campaign insights and recommendations clearly to clients and internal leadership.
Provide regular updates regarding campaign progress, risks, budgets, and performance.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications

3–5 years of experience in Project Management, Client Success, Campaign Management, Account Management, or a related client-facing role.
Proven hands-on experience managing marketing campaigns from planning through execution and reporting.
Strong Project Management skills with experience managing multiple concurrent projects.
Demonstrated ability to manage high-volume campaign portfolios.
Excellent client-facing communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders across different departments.
Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills (C1/C2).
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign performance data.
Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and adapt to changing priorities.
Comfortable coordinating projects across multiple international time zones.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
Direct experience of managing influencer marketing campaigns.
Experience working in social media marketing, creator partnerships, talent management, gaming, esports, or digital entertainment.
Experience managing large portfolios of simultaneous marketing campaigns.
Familiarity with influencer marketing KPIs, sponsorship activations, and creator deliverables.
Experience working with international clients and distributed teams.
