About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative / Sales Support to ensure a smooth and professional customer experience from initial contact through service delivery. This role is highly operational and customer-facing, combining lead management, appointment scheduling, and sales support. You will work closely with Sales and Operations teams to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and excellent customer communication.

About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative / Sales Support to ensure a smooth and professional customer experience from initial contact through service delivery. This role is highly operational and customer-facing, combining lead management, appointment scheduling, and sales support. You will work closely with Sales and Operations teams to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and excellent customer communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, qualify, and manage inbound leads from calls, web forms, and CRM.
- Conduct frequent outbound follow-ups via calls, texts, and email to convert leads into scheduled appointments.
- Follow up on warm leads to secure bookings and manage high volumes of communication.
- Schedule, confirm, and assign appointments to appropriate team members.
- Create and transfer service tickets and installation requests.
- Maintain accurate records in our custom-built CRM system.
- Coordinate closely with Sales and Service teams to ensure seamless execution.
- Experience: 3+ years in customer service, dispatch, inside sales, or similar roles.
- Target Market: Proven experience working with U.S.-based customers.
- Language: Native-level English proficiency with a clear, professional accent.
- Tech Adaptability: Tech-savvy and highly capable of learning custom software and CRM systems.
- Mindset: Self-starter, highly responsible, and not casual about availability.
- Shift: Must be available to work in PST (Pacific Standard Time) business hours.
- Weekends: Availability for occasional Saturday or Sunday shifts is required (within a 40-hour week).
- Reliable Remote Setup:
- A quiet, private room for calls.
- Reliable internet connection (minimum 100 Mbps).
- Power/Internet Backup: Must have a reliable backup plan (UPS/Battery/Hotspot) for outages.
- Experience in the construction, home improvement, or contractor industries (Highly Valued).
- Sales experience, cold calling, or revenue-driven roles.
- Spanish or Chinese proficiency is a bonus.
- Competitive salary in USD.
- Performance Bonus: Eligibility for commissions/bonuses after 3 months based on appointments set.
