Role Overview

We are looking for a highly organized and creative Social Media & Brand Accounts Manager with proven experience managing multiple brands and social media accounts. This person will be responsible for the administration, content creation, and supervision of social media profiles (primarily Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook) for both the main brand and franchise locations.

The ideal candidate will balance creativity and project management, handle large volumes of work efficiently, and coordinate with distributed community managers across different locations.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management
  • Manage multiple social media accounts for various brand locations and franchisees.
  • Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with brand objectives.
  • Maintain and execute a main content calendar and localized versions for franchise profiles.
  • Monitor performance metrics, engagement, and reach; generate periodic performance reports.
  • Ensure consistent tone, voice, and brand visuals across all platforms.
Content Creation & Design
  • Design and edit high-quality visual content (images, carousels, Reels, short-form videos) aligned with the brand’s premium aesthetic.
  • Ensure all content meets brand guidelines and maintains a refined, luxury feel.
  • Review and proofread all text and materials in English, ensuring perfect grammar, spelling, and stylistic consistency across posts and campaigns.
  • Community Manager Oversight & Training
  • Supervise and coordinate community managers for each franchise location.
  • Conduct weekly calls for alignment, support, and continuous training.
  • Provide active feedback, answer questions, and ensure best practices are followed.
  • Guarantee that local accounts correctly implement the adapted versions of the main content calendar.
Project Management & Organization
  • Manage workflows, deliverables, and cross-functional communication in an organized and timely manner.
  • Create and maintain process documentation, style guides, reports, and content checklists.
  • Ensure efficiency and quality while handling high-volume, multi-account environments.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience managing social media for multiple brands or clients.
  • Proven experience in graphic design and video editing (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CapCut, or similar).
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Fluent English (spoken and written) — exceptional writing, grammar, and editing skills are a must.
  • Extreme attention to detail and a strong aesthetic sense.
  • Ability to handle large workloads, multiple deadlines, and complex coordination.
  • Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience working with luxury, lifestyle, or premium brands.
  • Familiarity with social media management and workflow tools (Meta Business Suite, Sprout Social, Asana, Notion, etc.).
  • Experience working in a franchise or multi-location business structure.
  • Understanding of analytics, KPIs, and data-driven content performance evaluation.
