About the Role
We're looking for an energetic, resilient, and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) who thrives on outbound prospecting and enjoys building opportunities from the ground up.
This is a true hunter role designed for someone who is confident making cold calls, engaging decision-makers, and consistently generating qualified sales opportunities. You'll play a critical role in driving new business growth by identifying prospects, initiating conversations, qualifying opportunities, and scheduling meetings for the sales team.

What You'll Do
Outbound Prospecting
• Make 80–120 outbound cold calls per day to prospective clients.
• Research and identify companies and decision-makers that fit the ideal customer profile.
• Generate new business opportunities through phone, LinkedIn, email, and additional outbound channels.
• Build and maintain a healthy outbound pipeline.
Lead Qualification
• Conduct discovery conversations to understand business needs and qualify opportunities.
• Schedule product demonstrations and meetings with qualified prospects.
• Deliver compelling introductory presentations that generate interest.
• Follow up consistently until prospects are either converted or disqualified.
CRM & Pipeline Management
• Maintain accurate CRM records and activity tracking.
• Keep pipeline information organized and up to date.
• Ensure all prospect interactions are properly documented.
Collaboration & Performance
• Partner with leadership and marketing to improve outreach strategies.
• Contribute ideas to optimize messaging and prospecting effectiveness.
• Consistently achieve monthly activity, pipeline, and revenue goals.
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
• At least 1 year of outbound B2B sales experience.
• Proven experience making high-volume cold calls.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Spanish.
• Strong communication, persuasion, and relationship-building abilities.
• Experience working with CRM platforms.
• Highly self-motivated, disciplined, and goal-oriented.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience selling SaaS solutions.
• Experience selling software development or technology services.
• Familiarity with HubSpot, Apollo, Clay, or similar sales engagement platforms.
• Intermediate or higher English proficiency.
