Junior eCommerce Marketing Specialist
Location: Remote — Argentina
Employment Type: Full-Time
Compensation: €850 – €1,000 EUR/month


About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and growth-oriented Junior eCommerce Marketing Specialist to join a fast-growing, AI-native digital agency specializing in ecommerce growth, Shopify development, and performance marketing strategies for B2B and B2C brands.
This role is ideal for someone with hands-on ecommerce marketing experience who is eager to grow within a collaborative, fast-paced agency environment. You will work closely with senior leadership and support the execution, optimization, and monitoring of 360° digital marketing strategies across multiple ecommerce brands, including fashion, supplements, jewelry, and consumer products.
The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, customer-centric, highly organized, and comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment.

Key Responsibilities
Brand & Campaign Management
  • Support the day-to-day management of assigned ecommerce brands and client accounts
  • Assist in implementing promotional campaigns and marketing initiatives across multiple channels
  • Ensure campaigns and operational tasks are executed accurately and on schedule
  • Help support the growth and sales performance of client accounts

Performance Marketing & CRM Support
  • Assist with the setup, monitoring, and optimization of paid media campaigns across:
    • Meta Ads
    • Google Ads
  • Support email marketing and CRM workflows using platforms such as:
    • Klaviyo
    • Shopify Email
    • Similar marketing automation tools
  • Help improve campaign performance and customer retention initiatives

Analytics & Reporting
  • Extract and analyze data from Shopify, Google Analytics, and advertising platforms
  • Support the creation of performance reports and KPI tracking, including:
    • ROAS
    • Conversion Rate (CR%)
    • Average Order Value (AOV)
    • Customer acquisition metrics
  • Identify opportunities for optimization and performance improvement
  • Ensure deliverables and assigned tasks are completed on time and accurately

Shopify Operations & Ecommerce Support
  • Update product catalogs and collections within Shopify
  • Configure promotions, discounts, and ecommerce operational settings
  • Perform basic product page optimizations and UX testing
  • Assist in maintaining a smooth customer shopping experience

AI & Innovation Support
  • Collaborate with the team on AI-driven workflows and creative processes
  • Support competitive analysis and AI benchmarking initiatives
  • Assist in integrating AI tools into marketing and operational processes
  • Utilize AI platforms and automation tools to improve efficiency and campaign execution

Requirements
  • 1–3 years of experience in:
    • Digital marketing
    • Ecommerce marketing
    • Agency environments
    • Shopify operations
  • Hands-on experience with Shopify is required
  • Familiarity with:
    • Meta Ads
    • Google Ads
    • Email marketing platforms
    • Ecommerce analytics tools
  • Experience using AI tools and automation platforms is required
  • Strong analytical mindset and understanding of ecommerce KPIs
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to work autonomously in a remote-first environment
  • Customer-centric and detail-oriented mindset
  • Native Spanish fluency and strong English communication skills

Nice to Have
  • Experience working in digital agencies or managing multiple ecommerce brands simultaneously
  • Familiarity with AI workflows and automation-driven marketing processes
  • Experience in fashion, supplements, jewelry, or consumer product industries
  • Basic understanding of UX optimization and ecommerce conversion strategies

Schedule & Work Environment
  • Full-time position (8 working hours per day)
  • Fully remote work environment
  • Candidates based in Argentina are strongly preferred due to time zone alignment with the team
  • Team collaboration typically begins around 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM local Argentina time

Interview Process
The interview process is designed to evaluate practical thinking and real-world execution abilities, not just previous experience.
Candidates may be asked to complete a practical exercise related to ecommerce marketing strategy, campaign planning, or Shopify-based growth initiatives as part of the evaluation process.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Success in this role will be measured through:
  • Growth and sales performance of assigned accounts

  • Ability to work efficiently within operational and project management systems

Important Notes / Red Flags
  • Candidates without Shopify experience will not be considered
  • Deep technical Shopify development knowledge is not required, but candidates must understand how Shopify supports marketing strategies and ecommerce operations
  • Familiarity and comfort with AI tools is considered mandatory for this role
