About the Role

We're looking for an experienced Clinical Specialist to provide clinical support, product training, and technical expertise for healthcare professionals across Brazil.

You'll work closely with surgeons, operating room teams, and the commercial organization to support surgical procedures, deliver education programs, facilitate product adoption, and strengthen customer relationships. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in clinical environments while helping customers maximize the value of innovative medical technologies.


What You'll Do

Clinical Support

• Provide on-site support during surgical procedures.

• Demonstrate products and provide intraoperative technical assistance.

• Support product evaluations and new product launches.

Clinical Education

• Deliver product training and in-service education to surgeons, nurses, and hospital staff.

• Promote best practices and successful product adoption.

Customer & Sales Support

• Build relationships with surgeons, Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), and healthcare professionals.

• Partner with the sales team to support customer engagement and business growth.

• Gather clinical feedback and market insights.

Compliance & Documentation

• Maintain accurate records of clinical activities and training sessions.

• Ensure compliance with company standards, hospital policies, and local regulations.


What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Nursing, Life Sciences, or a related healthcare field.

3–7 years of experience supporting medical devices in clinical environments.

• Experience supporting surgical procedures, preferably within Wound Closure, Endo Surgery, Orthopedics, or related specialties.

• Strong presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills.

• Professional English proficiency (B2+/C1).

• Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.

• Willingness to travel extensively throughout Brazil.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting product launches and clinical evaluations.

• Previous experience working directly with hospitals and surgical teams.

• Existing relationships with healthcare professionals are a plus.
