Contract Customer Service Representative
We are seeking a Contract Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. This position offers a fast-paced and collaborative work environment, providing support to our guests and members across 12 locations in the United States. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and prior experience in customer service role.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, text messages, and email.
- Assist guests and members with scheduling reservations efficiently and professionally.
- Collaborate with a global team to ensure seamless communication and support.
- Handle multiple inquiries in a fast-paced environment, maintaining a high standard of service.
- Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- Saturday: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM
- Tuesdays and Sundays: Off
- Paid Time Off (PTO) after 60 days of employment.
- Health insurance provided through Deel.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Previous experience in a customer service role.
- English proficiency at a C1 level – strong verbal and written communication skills are required.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
