About the Role: Remote Sales Representative

As a Remote Sales Representative, you will play a key role in helping new students find and book private music lessons with certified instructors in our network. There is no cold calling; instead, you will manage and convert interested leads through calls, text messages, and emails.

Responsibilities

  • Guide prospective students through the enrollment process using our custom CRM.
  • Maintain a high volume of daily interactions with potential clients, with an expected talk time of 4+ hours per day.
  • Achieve and exceed weekly, monthly, and annual sales targets.
  • Work closely with customer service to ensure an exceptional student experience.
  • Accurately document and manage all customer interactions in the CRM.

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years of proven sales experience or exceptional interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English with no discernible accent.
  • Experience using text messaging as a professional communication tool.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and web-based platforms such as Google for Business.
  • Self-motivated individual who thrives on achieving goals and growing within a company.
  • Strong team player who can collaborate effectively in a close-knit environment.
  • Innovative thinker with a passion for continuous improvement.
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace for remote work.
  • Bonus: Any knowledge of the music industry or music in general is a plus.

Salary: 1,500 + commissions
