A fast-growth tech startup in the LegalTech space is looking for a sharp, detail-driven Legal Intake & Accounting Case Manager to support legal, tax, and compliance workflows for entrepreneurs and small business owners. Work Arrangement
Work Schedule: Monday–Friday, 40 hours/week (U.S. business hours)
Location: LATAM (Mexico, Colombia, Argentina, Brazil)

What You’ll Do
You’ll own a portfolio of client cases—from intake to completion—and act as the connective tissue between clients, accountants, engineers, and legal specialists. Your ability to organize, communicate, and execute will keep workflows moving and clients supported.
Core Responsibilities
Case Management & Client Support – 35%
Manage client cases from onboarding through completion
Track documents, deadlines, and case progress
Follow up proactively on missing information
Document Collection & Filing – 25%
Gather, review, and organize legal and accounting documents
Ensure filings are complete, accurate, and compliant
Maintain digital records across multiple platforms
Client Communication & Coordination – 25%
Draft clean, professional client emails
Coordinate across internal teams to move cases forward
Serve as a reliable point of contact throughout the process
Process Improvement – 10%
Identify workflow bottlenecks and recommend improvements
Update SOPs and propose automation ideas
Surface recurring issues to engineering or operations
Accounting & Bookkeeping Support – 5%
Assist with light bookkeeping and reconciliations (training provided)
Help finance teams clarify discrepancies or documentation needs
Support accounting-related case workflows
What You Bring
Must-Have
2–4 years’ experience in legal intake, case management, or paralegal work
A proactive, ownership-driven mindset
Strong organizational skills; comfortable with deadlines and multiple clients
Exceptional written English (email is the primary communication channel)
Basic familiarity with accounting or bookkeeping
Proficiency with Google Workspace, Slack, CRMs, and AI tools
Experience in fast-paced or startup environments
Nice-to-Have
Background in LegalTech, SaaS, or professional services
Experience with tax, accounting, or compliance
Familiarity with automation tools or case management software
Spanish or Portuguese fluency
