About the Role
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations CSR & Shipping Document Coordinator to manage customer orders and international shipments from order entry through final delivery.
This role combines customer operations, international logistics, export documentation, and freight coordination. You'll manage orders, carrier bookings, vessel schedules, shipping documents, shipment tracking, and communication with customers and logistics partners.
The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of relevant experience, strong professional English, and exceptional attention to detail when managing multiple shipments, documents, and deadlines.
What You'll Do
Order & Shipping Operations

  • Manage customer orders from receipt through delivery.
  • Create and maintain Sales Orders and Sales Contracts.
  • Coordinate pickups and deliveries with customers, carriers, warehouses, and internal teams.
  • Manage carrier bookings, cut-offs, and vessel schedules with freight forwarders and ocean carriers/NVOCCs.
  • Track vessel shipments and railcar movements, including the return of empty railcars.
  • Monitor warehouse activity to prevent late ingates and container rolls.
  • Maintain order summaries and provide shipment visibility to commercial teams.
  • Track shipments and proactively resolve delays or operational issues.
Export Documentation & Customer Support
  • Prepare international shipping documentation, including Bills of Lading (BOL), Certificates of Analysis (COA), Commercial Invoices (CI), and Packing Lists (PL).
  • Prepare export declarations and Bills of Lading for ocean exports.
  • Review and interpret Letters of Credit when required.
  • Ensure shipping documents are accurate, complete, and delivered on time.
  • Communicate shipping details and documentation requirements to customers.
  • Onboard new customers and maintain accurate information.
  • Manage delivery-related claims and coordinate resolution with internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
Required
  • 2–3 years of experience in international trade, logistics, shipping operations, supply chain, or a related field.
  • Experience with international shipping and export documentation.
  • Experience working with ocean carriers, freight forwarders, and/or NVOCCs.
  • Understanding of BOLs, Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, and related export documents.
  • Microsoft Excel proficiency.
  • Strong professional English communication skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong organization, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple shipments, priorities, and deadlines independently.
Preferred
  • Experience in the plastic resin, polymer, chemicals, or manufacturing industry.
  • Experience interpreting Letters of Credit.
  • Experience coordinating railcar and ocean shipments.
  • Experience establishing rates or services with third-party carriers.
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, International Trade, or a related field.
What Success Looks Like
  • Orders and shipping documents are processed accurately and on time.
  • International shipments are proactively monitored from order through delivery.
  • Carrier bookings, vessel schedules, and deadlines are effectively managed.
  • Potential delays and documentation issues are identified and resolved quickly.
  • Customers and internal teams receive accurate and timely updates.
  • Multiple shipments are managed without sacrificing attention to detail.
Why Join Us?
  • $1,500–$2,500 USD/month compensation.
  • Fully remote opportunity from selected Latin American countries.
  • Exposure to international trade, ocean freight, rail transportation, and export operations.

  • U.S. holidays during the initial contractor period.
  • Potential opportunity to transition to a full-time employee position after approximately six months, subject to performance and company requirements.

Important Notes
